Core Strength Yoga
Balance Integrative Health is now offering Core Strength Yoga classes Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM, with Dmitri Khorov.
Core Strength Yoga practice is based on the Pain Free Yoga methodology developed by SunStone Yoga and comes in a 60 minute power and restorative class. Utilizing isometric and active stretching techniques combined with core strengthening movements, this class is a must for athletes and yoga students alike.

There is a 10 student per class maximum, which allows space for personal attention and plenty of adjustments in a welcoming, judgment free environment.
