The Fundamentals of Meditation: Breathing Basics, Mindfulness, & Affirmations
Meditation has been used for many purposes like calming and healing physical, emotional, and mental stress or experiencing higher levels of consciousness. In this 3 week series, Jai Laiden will take the passive technique of emptying the mind to an active technique where we direct our minds and emotions. It combines exercise with focus and intention. Meditators of all experience welcome in this class. No experience necessary. Open to all ages.
