Morning Meditation


Balance Integrative Health is now offering Morning Meditation classes with Dmitri Khorov every Tuesday through Friday at  6:00 AM.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness. The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force and develop compassion,love, patience, generosity and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of meditation aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentrationmeant to enable its practitioner to enjoy a sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity.

There is a 10 student per class maximum, which allows space for personal attention and plenty of adjustments in a welcoming, judgment free environment.
