Karina will be hosting a 3 week series for teens and pre-teens, ages 12-16. The goal is to develop healthy movement patterns, build strength, lengthen muscles, create balance, stability and learn tools to de-stress and improve concentration. Most importantly, we want to encourage our teen participants to be creative, be confident and to explore their mind-body connection as they grow into themselves through awareness and positivity in a supportive environment. The course includes yoga philosophy & postures, breathing, meditation and fun.
The 3 week course runs Tuesday January 19th, 26th and February 2 from 4:15-5:15pm. The course costs $40 inclusive for all 3 sessions….$15 drop-in rate. Schedule now….limited availability.
