Vinyasa Yoga


Balance Integrative Health is now offering Vinyasa Yoga classes Monday’s-Thursday’s from 6:00-7:30pm, with Dmitri Khorov.

This class uses sequential movement to interlink postures to form a continuous flow. It creates a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and for this reason are not held on to. This practice will help you to reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance. Additionally the practice serves as a preparatory stage of physical purification for higher meditation or Yoga.

There is a 10 student per class maximum, which allows space for personal attention and plenty of adjustments in a welcoming, judgment free environment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class. Doors will be locked at 6:00pm for an uninterrupted class.
